Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong networking background
  • Proven expertise building and managing distributed, high-availability server systems at scale, preferably in cloud environments such as Azure or Google Cloud
  • Hands-on experience designing and operating high-performance, high-throughput servers
  • Strong programming expertise in Go, C, C++, or Java, focused on systems and infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of networking principles, protocols, and performance optimization
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, including technical documentation and presenting complex concepts
  • Preferred: Master's degree and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area
  • Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
