Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
Proven expertise in designing and developing scalable, cloud-native software systems with AI integration
Strong technical leadership skills, including architectural decision-making and system-level execution
Experience driving operational excellence through DevOps, CI/CD, and incident management practices
Ability to coach and mentor engineers
Proficiency in problem solving, debugging, and ensuring software reliability and security
Effective collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and adapting to evolving technologies and business needs
Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area
Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
