Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems and intelligent automation solutions
  • Own system-level execution, architectural integrity, and operational excellence across platforms
  • Write production-quality code and build automated tests

  • Translate domain-level strategies into reliable system-level implementations
  • Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and make strategic architectural decisions

  • Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks

  • Collaborate across Product, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, and engineering teams

  • Develop fulfillment technology integrating transportation, inventory, warehouse operations, billing, and delivery for third-party sellers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; OR 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • Extensive experience leading the design and development of scalable, cloud-native software systems and AI-powered solutions
  • Demonstrated hands-on coding expertise and current coding practice
  • Ability and willingness to own end-to-end implementation from detailed design through production deployment
  • Strong expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and incident management
  • Skill in identifying bottlenecks and automating manual processes
  • Problem-solving and debugging capabilities focused on platform design and development
  • Collaboration and mentorship skills
  • Sound technical judgment and adaptability to evolving technologies and business needs
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in a related area and 4 years' experience
  • Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
