About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the SVP of Private Brands and VP of Product Development and Packaging as a trusted partner
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, priorities, and domestic and international travel
  • Prepare and organize executive-level meetings, including agendas, presentations, talking points, materials, and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries, flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas, and other logistics
  • Support cross-functional business initiatives by connecting teams, tracking moving pieces, and helping priorities progress
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, technology, and process improvements to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coordinate large-scale meetings, supplier engagements, and team events
  • Serve as a point of contact for visiting suppliers, global associates, and other business partners
  • Facilitate connections and create a seamless experience for visitors and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in field, administration, operations, or related area
  • Ability to constantly reprioritize, adapt to changes, and redo plans while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
  • Professional communication with leaders and stakeholders
  • Strong listening and note-taking skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and take feedback well
  • Ability to handle a direct, specific communication style
  • Energy, initiative, and willingness to go above and beyond
  • Ability to handle significant volume, ambiguity, and competing priorities while staying efficient and flexible
  • Microsoft Office (preferred qualification)
  • Ability to work with domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas, and other logistics
