About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage leadership calendars and meetings across teams
  • Anticipate preparation time, reserve rooms, prioritize requests, and include appropriate stakeholders
  • Secure domestic and international travel
  • Plan and coordinate large-scale divisional meetings, including technology and logistics
  • Draft emails and updates on behalf of leaders
  • Follow up on requests and triage incoming messages
  • Collect and compile data and maintain reports/templates
  • Process invoices and expense reports while protecting confidential information
  • Filter requests, resolve issues, and coordinate across stakeholders
  • Mentor or partner with other assistants as needed
  • Apply best practices and support continuous improvement and compliance
  • Provide local knowledge and support to leadership and associates visiting the area for critical meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area
  • Microsoft Office
  • Preferred: Master’s in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or Operations Management
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional certification
  • Ability to coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Ability to manage complex calendars, meetings, communications, reporting, invoices, and expense reports
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Willingness to adapt to shifting priorities and apply best practices
  • Ability to support compliance with company policies and ethical standards
