Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Licensed Master Electrician certification with extensive knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance
  • 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or related area with a Licensed Master Electrician; OR 3 years’ experience in those areas with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
  • Master Electrician License or equivalent in the state you will be working
  • Proven experience managing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance operations
  • Ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and standard operating procedures
  • Expertise in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor oversight
  • Ability to analyze facility needs, optimize equipment efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Skilled in leading teams, providing technical training, and fostering continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in evaluating performance metrics and driving operational excellence aligned with business goals
