About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of facilities within a regional area
- Lead a team of facilities maintenance technicians
- Ensure buildings operate efficiently and sustainably
- Provide a safe and comfortable environment for associates and customers
- Travel approximately 50% or more within the region
- Work directly with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors
- Prepare reporting and analytics
- Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses
- Participate in training programs and conduct site inspections to monitor compliance and quality standards
- Obtain necessary permits and schedule inspections according to mechanical or building codes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed Master Plumber
- 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or related area; OR 3 years’ experience in these areas with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Master Plumber License or equivalent in the state you will be working
- Current Plumbing Contractor license
- Maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses in state of employment
- Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- PMP Certification
- Lean Six Sigma
- General facilities services/overall building maintenance experience; 3–5 years optimal
- Leadership, communication/interpersonal, problem-solving, customer service, and root cause/breakdown analysis experience
