Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs
Identify and communicate goals and objectives
Build accountability and measure progress toward results
Identify and address improvement opportunities

Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, mission, values, ethics, and integrity standards
Design, build, publish, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
Administer Power BI Service workspaces, deployment pipelines, Apps, refresh schedules, access controls, versioning, and row-level security
Develop performant and reusable star and snowflake data models
Write and tune complex SQL using CTEs, window functions, and stored procedures
Create advanced DAX measures and Power Query transformations
Document solutions and enforce BI governance
Engage stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business requirements into analytical specifications
Use AI-powered analytics tools to automate data preparation, generate insights, and improve reporting efficiency
Monitor AI and machine learning advancements and identify opportunities to integrate them into analytics workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area
5–7 years of experience in analytics/BI
Expert-level Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
Experience managing Power BI Service environments and Apps, including workspace administration and deployments
Advanced SQL proficiency with large, complex datasets
Comfort with stored procedures and performance tuning
Strong technical understanding and advanced knowledge of finance and reporting
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Understanding of data governance, data quality, and BI best practices
Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Copilot, GPT, or other generative AI platforms
Ability to evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies in business intelligence and financial analytics
Ability to supervise, hire, train, mentor, assign duties, and provide recognition to associates
