About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare financial analyses and models to support strategic planning and recommend future expense targets

  • Uphold company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting accountability and continuous learning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
  • Proven expertise in financial analysis, planning, and variance analysis
  • Strong management skills with experience supervising, mentoring, and developing team members
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Experience developing financial models and preparing presentations for business case evaluations
  • Demonstrated capability to manage control structures and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Aptitude for collaborating with stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives
  • Commitment to integrity, ethics, and continuous improvement in financial processes
  • Preferred: analyzing data and interpreting results, Microsoft Office, supervisory experience
  • Preferred: Master of Business Administration
