About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build a unified view across OTIF, SQEP, Automation Readiness, Claims & Returns, and Transportation
  • Model relationships across metrics to identify root causes and quantify business impact
  • Translate complex data into a cohesive supply chain performance story that drives action
  • Lead the DefectOne Scorecard and integrated supplier performance reporting in M1/S1
  • Evolve supplier incentives to prioritize actions with the greatest business impact
  • Build scalable reporting and visualizations
  • Influence cross-functional partners through clear, data-driven recommendations
  • Support Middle Mile Inventory Flow’s Operational Performance pillar across OTIF, SQEP, Automation Readiness, Store Claims & Returns, and Transportation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field
  • Strong experience in advanced analytics, data modeling, and predictive modeling
  • Advanced SQL and data visualization skills
  • Strong data storytelling and influence skills
  • Ability to connect large, complex datasets and identify relationships, root causes, and business impact
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience driving cross-functional work
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Analytics, and/or Merchandising
  • Ability to lead end-to-end analytics initiatives and deliver measurable business value
