About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans
- Lead and mentor a team executing advanced analytics projects
- Provide coaching and performance feedback
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and prototypes
- Manage end-to-end project workstreams
- Mitigate risks and ensure alignment with strategic goals

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field
- Proven experience leading advanced analytics projects and developing data models to drive business results
- Strong expertise in data-driven decision making and applying analytics to solve complex business challenges
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau
- Experience managing analytics workstreams end-to-end
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Solid project and risk management capabilities
- Commitment to accountability, continuous improvement, and delivering actionable insights
- Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis (preferred)
- Master's in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics (preferred)
