Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop actionable insights
  • Lead and mentor a team executing advanced analytics projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field
  • Proven experience leading advanced analytics projects and managing cross-functional teams to deliver business insights
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT), and Airflow
  • Ability to develop and implement complex data models and algorithms
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and collaborating with leadership
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Strong analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision making and actionable recommendations
