About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team delivering data-driven insights supporting strategic and tactical business objectives
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced analytical models and solutions
- Identify key challenges and develop data-driven hypotheses and research plans
- Design, develop, and implement advanced analytics models and prototypes
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for business decisions
- Manage end-to-end project workstreams, including risk mitigation and delivery of analytics solutions
- Develop consultative solutions and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Oversee data analysis strategies and validate model performance
- Foster continuous learning and development within the team
- Drive measurable business value, operational excellence, and informed decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field
- Proven expertise in advanced analytics and data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, including risk management and stakeholder collaboration
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to translate analytics into actionable business recommendations
- Proficiency in developing and implementing data models, algorithms, and prototypes
- Excellent communication skills to influence and engage cross-functional teams and external partners
- Commitment to ethical standards and integrity
- Preferred: Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis
- Preferred: Master’s in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics
