Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and balance workload assignments to optimize resource allocation and meet project milestones
  • Coordinate daily execution activities, timelines, dependencies, and team resources

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 2 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution; or 4 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution with demonstrated coordination ownership
  • Proven experience in workload planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Strong project coordination skills, including timelines, dependencies, and risks
  • Expertise in modular execution standards and quality assurance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving
  • Commitment to integrity, ethical conduct, and company policies and values
  • Experience with enterprise modular planning and retail execution platforms (preferred)
  • Ability to lead through change in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
