Lead the coordination and execution of analytical initiatives supporting B2B customer business strategies and stakeholder needs
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities aligned with customer and business needs
Provide data-driven analysis and market insights for strategic decisions and improvement opportunities
Oversee fraud detection rulesets for B2B e-commerce transactions
Manage processes for efficiency, compliance, and accurate reporting
Supervise and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management
Communicate results and recommendations to support business objectives and stakeholder engagement
Promote continuous learning and adaptability to drive operational excellence
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Compliance partners on AI-driven fraud prevention solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area
Proven expertise in business analysis and data-driven insights
Strong stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated accountability in managing projects, meeting goals, and driving continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills
Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing team members
Ability to analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, and propose solutions
Commitment to ethical standards, compliance, and company values
Preferred: Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
Preferred: Project Management Certification
Preferred: Six Sigma certification
Preferred: Statistical Programming Language
