About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with merchant teams to discover business needs and map workflows
- Identify high-impact friction across Assortment and Modular processes
- Translate business logic and user pain points into requirements, workflows, and solution designs
- Use Agentic AI platforms, workflow automation, APIs, and analytics to build proof-of-concept solutions
- Lead testing and user acceptance testing, incorporating human-in-the-loop feedback
- Manage stakeholder relationships and drive execution from discovery through adoption
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to transition validated concepts into scalable enterprise tools
- Help shape long-term product capabilities and simplify merchant workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area
- Strong business acumen
- Curiosity and a systems-thinking mindset
- Ability to understand complex workflows and turn ambiguity into practical solutions
- Ability to work directly with business users and communicate effectively with Product and Technology partners
- Experience with business process engineering
- Experience with workflow automation
- Experience with rapid prototyping
- Knowledge of business logic
- Knowledge of APIs
- Experience with user acceptance testing
- Understanding of agentic AI and human-in-the-loop systems
- Hands-on problem-solving ability
- Preferred: Master’s in Business Administration
- Preferred: Project Management Professional certification
