About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement quality improvement processes to enhance operational performance and financial accuracy
- Evaluate business operations and conduct audits
- Ensure corrective actions address quality issues effectively
- Assess strategic initiatives, determine capacity needs, and oversee integration plans
- Monitor and report key performance metrics
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to support business decisions
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, risks, and regulatory compliance
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to support business goals and continuous improvement
- Lead development and execution of operational improvement initiatives
- Provide leadership and development opportunities for associates
- Ensure compliance with company standards and promote accountability, integrity, and high performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area
- Proven experience managing quality improvement processes and driving operational performance enhancements
- Strong project management skills, including managing schedules, budgets, and risks
- Expertise analyzing business metrics, identifying trends, and recommending actionable improvements
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and conveying best practices and corrective actions
- Proficiency in Profit and Loss management
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Preferred: Master’s in Business Administration
- Preferred: Project Management Professional certification
