About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and update the master slate tracker across all active projects, including development, pre-production, production, post-production, delivery, and launch status
Track key dates, deliverables, approvals, milestones, budgets, invoices, contracts, production schedules, and internal handoffs
Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, action items, and follow-ups for internal and external project stakeholders
Serve as a liaison across legal, marketing, programming, delivery, operations, finance, and creative teams
Support communication with production companies, producers, agencies, vendors, and other external partners
Organize and maintain creative and production materials, including decks, one-sheets, treatments, budgets, calendars, grids, contracts, contact lists, and delivery documents
Assist with onboarding production partners into internal systems and workflows
Help ensure projects remain organized, deadlines are visible, and cross-functional teams have the information they need to move quickly
Support ad hoc special projects tied to original content strategy, talent relations, production logistics, and slate planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field and 2 years’ experience in multimedia production, project management, or a related field OR 4 years’ experience in multimedia production, project management, or a relevant area
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Experience maintaining trackers, databases, calendars, production grids, or project management tools
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and communicate clearly across creative, production, legal, marketing, and operations teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with executives, producers, vendors, and cross-functional partners
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Airtable, Google Workspace, or similar project management tools
Interest in original content, unscripted television, movies, scripted series, branded entertainment, and emerging viewing platforms
