About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement business intelligence solutions to identify cost-savings opportunities and ensure adoption
- Partner with Product, Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, and Merchandising to align data needs, performance metrics, and insights
- Drive work with urgency and agility while navigating competing priorities to deliver results
- Structure ambiguous problems using prescriptive analytics and root-cause analysis
- Establish clear, governable business logic
- Build and present executive-ready visual stories to drive value-driven actions
- Mentor and upskill the team to build analytical bench strength
- Lead insights and decision frameworks shaping sourcing strategy across categories and markets
- Set analytical standards, shape performance narratives, and embed insights in sourcing operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in the same area
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- Experience translating data into actionable intelligence
- Data and technology savviness
- AI/ML knowledge in a business context
- Experience pulling, manipulating, and interpreting large datasets
- Fluency in outcomes-based analysis
- Ability to lead through influence with clear, compelling communication
- Proven experience developing practical predictive models in a business domain
- Background in engineering, statistics, computational science, or related quantitative field
- Experience in management consulting, sourcing and procurement, supply chain, or business strategy
- Preferred: business analysis and reporting, Microsoft Office, statistical modeling software
