About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare analyses and financial models to recommend expense targets and assess business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand variances, document findings, and present results to senior management
- Manage control structures to mitigate financial risks and enhance reporting transparency
- Develop financial models incorporating assumptions and risks for business decisions and executive presentations
- Partner with senior management to identify gaps between goals and objectives and provide insights on trends and risks
- Lead, mentor, and develop associates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
- Participate in budgeting, business case development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
- Proven experience in financial analysis, planning, and variance analysis
- Strong management skills to lead teams, mentor associates, and foster professional development
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and presenting financial insights to senior leadership
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business case presentations
- Ability to manage complex control structures and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Capability to identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and support business performance goals
- Preferred: Analyzing data and interpreting results, Microsoft Office, Supervisory
- Preferred: Master of Business Administration
