Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 1 year's experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 3 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area
  • Proven experience developing and executing learning and development strategies aligned with business goals
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in instructional design and content development for various learning environments
  • Ability to measure program effectiveness through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of performance management principles
  • Proficiency with educational technologies and blended learning solutions
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing associates
