About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support learning and development initiatives aligned with business goals
- Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs
- Ensure alignment with organizational standards and learner needs
- Manage performance feedback processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Implement solutions to enhance associate productivity
- Supervise and mentor associates through coaching, recognition, and development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
- Lead continuous improvement efforts by analyzing program effectiveness and recommending best practices
- Design and implement learning strategies and instructional content

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 2 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area
- Proven experience in developing and executing learning and development strategies aligned with business goals
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in instructional design and content development for various learning environments
- Ability to measure program effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency with educational technologies and blended learning solutions
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing associates
- Commitment to ethical standards, compliance, accountability, and adaptability
