About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create resources to facilitate change management activities supporting the successful launch and ongoing adoption of Scintilla within Sam’s Club
  • Map Sam’s Club business processes and analyses to Scintilla insights to identify use cases and new value unlocks
  • Manage live webinar content explaining Scintilla features and connecting them to real-world merchandising practices
  • Facilitate deeper dives into merchandising areas, providing practical guidance for associates and suppliers using data in their roles
  • Design and deliver experiences that equip Scintilla Charter Clients to apply Sam’s Club merchandising-related knowledge to real business problems using Sam’s Club’s first-party data
  • Translate hands-on merchandising, replenishment, inventory health, category advisership, membership, supply chain, ecommerce, or supplier account team understanding into practical guidance
  • Collaborate with Walmart Data Ventures Customer Success stakeholders to maximize value from data products
  • Measure program outcomes and drive operational improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 2 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area
  • Proven experience in learning and development strategy, including instructional design and content development
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in performance management and process improvement
  • Ability to lead change management initiatives
  • Demonstrated capability in developing complex training programs aligned with business goals
  • Proficient in managing learning environments and facilitating trainer development
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Preferred: Instructional Design Software
  • Preferred: Leading cross-functional teams
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or related field
  • Preferred: Project Management Certification
  • Preferred: Project management experience
  • Preferred: Six Sigma certification
