About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead vendor and contract management for material handling equipment services
Ensure compliance with contracts and performance standards
Resolve vendor and service discrepancies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's degree in a Technical related field (e.g., Controls, Electrical) and 4 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field, or 6 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field
Proven experience in vendor and contract management
Expertise in procurement processes, documentation, approval workflows, and supplier transactions
Strong budgeting skills, including variance analysis and management of large budgets
Adherence to standard procedures and safety regulations
Proficiency in data analysis and digital tools
Effective collaboration and communication skills
Ability to implement business process improvements and manage change initiatives
Drug-free workplace and compliance with Walmart's workplace substance-use policy
