Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 2 years’ experience in capacity planning, merchandising, forecasting, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in capacity planning, merchandising, forecasting, or related area
  • Proven expertise in merchandising and category management
  • Strong financial forecasting and profit and loss (P&L) management skills
  • Proficiency in assortment planning, sales optimization, and merchandise planning
  • Ability to analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Experience developing and executing financial plans aligned with business objectives and customer needs
  • Strong influencing skills to guide cross-functional teams and communicate strategic recommendations
  • Commitment to ethical standards and integrity
  • Ability to foster a collaborative team environment
