Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 2 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, forecasting, or related area; OR 4 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, forecasting, or related area
  • Proven expertise in merchandising planning, category management, and inventory oversight
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and profit and loss management
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and leverage business intelligence
  • Skilled in influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Capability to develop actionable plans based on customer insights and market trends
  • Commitment to ethical leadership, collaboration, and fostering a high-performing team environment
  • Preferred: Negotiating terms and costing, Retail Link, Supervisory
  • Preferred: Masters in Marketing
