About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Walmart Pharmacy's returns and exchanges portfolio, driving inventory recovery and waste reduction
- Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities, risks, and improvement actions
- Drive process, reporting, and technology enhancements that improve operational and financial outcomes
- Partner across Merchandising, Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, supplier organizations, and the broader business to solve complex challenges and deliver results
- Support Walmart Pharmacy’s inventory strategy, medication availability, demand planning, supply chain execution, forecasting, supplier coordination, returns management, and technology innovation
- Improve associate experience, customer satisfaction, product availability, business outcomes, and supply chain efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field and 3 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, or relevant area OR 5 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, or relevant area
- Experience in inventory management, replenishment, returns, supply chain, finance, or operations
- Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, business cases, and performance analysis
- Proven ability to leverage data, improve processes, and deliver operational and financial results
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence change
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Preferred: Replenishment experience
- Preferred: Supervisory experience
- Must work at the Bentonville, Arkansas location
