Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings
Develop and communicate project requirements, status updates, and resource allocations
Analyze data to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and support business decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, develop innovations, and enhance operational efficiency
Manage budgets and mitigate losses
Lead and mentor associates, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards
Oversee UAT work stream for the Spark driver app
Design test plans, coordinate stakeholders, and manage the full release lifecycle
Develop operational tools and customer-facing functionality with product, engineering, and merchandising partners
Create tracking tools such as scorecards
Drive initiatives from root-cause analysis through implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area
Proven experience managing multiple operational work streams
Strong project planning and execution skills
Expertise analyzing data to identify trends, develop solutions, and support business objectives
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
Leadership capabilities including hiring, training, mentoring, and developing associates
Excellent communication skills
Accountability and adaptability in prioritizing assignments and driving continuous improvement
Proficiency in resource planning and workflow management
Ability to meet operational goals efficiently
