About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead coordination and execution of complex programs for Spark Earnings Excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Convert priorities into an integrated quarterly/annual strategy roadmap with outcomes, owners, dependencies, and measures
  • Maintain the roadmap and identify slippage, conflicts, and required course corrections
  • Maintain operating-model architecture, including service catalog, taxonomy, RACIs, decision rights, and key interfaces
  • Assess proposed organizational and process changes for impacts before implementation
  • Coordinate annual and quarterly strategy processes, including strategic whitepapers, pillar goals, KPI frameworks, maturity aspirations, and roadmap refreshes
  • Challenge activity-based goals and promote outcome-based goals
  • Support AOP/LRP by connecting business strategy to capabilities, organization, headcount, market expansion, and investment needs
  • Build scenarios and articulate assumptions behind capacity or capability requests
  • Monitor progress, resolve critical issues, and deliver results aligned with company standards
  • Foster associate development through coaching and mentoring
  • Ensure compliance with policies and ethical practices
  • Leverage data-driven insights and strategic planning to drive operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area
  • Proven experience in strategy and program execution
  • Ability to coordinate complex initiatives and meet critical milestones
  • Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, foster accountability, and develop associates through coaching and mentoring
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Analytical mindset, including KPI evaluation, root cause analysis, and process improvement recommendations
  • Adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Understanding of business strategies, metrics, and standard operating procedures
