Plan, estimate, organize, and monitor significant construction and project initiatives
Ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
Maintain communication with project teams, stakeholders, and clients
Address risks, vulnerabilities, and project progress
Manage budgets, change orders, and cost estimations
Oversee construction quality assurance and compliance with standards and safety regulations
Coordinate project schedules and resources
Facilitate smooth transitions between business cycles

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 year’s experience in project or construction management, operations, or operations management
Proven experience in project and construction management, including planning, estimating, and monitoring project costs and timelines
Strong budget management skills, including preparation and oversight of change orders and budget reports
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with contractors, suppliers, internal teams, stakeholders, and clients
Expertise in construction quality assurance and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Proficiency in coordinating project schedules and managing risks with contingency planning
Demonstrated leadership in supervising and developing team members
Associates: Construction Management (preferred qualification)
Cross-functional project management (preferred qualification)
