Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the expansion of CRM capabilities across international marketplaces
  • Drive scalable, compliant, and standardized communication strategies
  • Oversee cross-functional CRM initiatives
  • Ensure data hygiene, governance, and system integrity across global platforms
  • Support market-specific business requirements
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and regional business teams
  • Ensure mass communications adhere to GDPR and applicable global data privacy regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders
  • Assess costs, establish return on investment, and secure management approval for resources
  • Create and execute communication plans
  • Manage multiple projects through scheduling, budget monitoring, and requirements alignment
  • Identify and escalate project changes
  • Promote continuous improvement and project management standards
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop associates
  • Promote ethical standards and compliance with company policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area
  • 1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Proven expertise in managing multiple medium-scale projects or workstreams with successful delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to develop and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, and status updates
  • Experience monitoring budgets and costs
  • Experience ensuring adherence to project management standards
  • Leadership experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing team members
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferred: Data analytics and project management systems
  • Preferred: Supervisory experience
  • Preferred: Masters in Business
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional certification
