About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders
- Create and communicate detailed project plans and schedules
- Manage multiple medium-scale projects or workstreams
- Coordinate resources and resolve issues to meet project goals
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and milestones
- Provide status updates and escalate changes as needed

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area
- 1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams
- Proven experience managing multiple medium-scale projects or work streams using established project management methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in developing and executing detailed project schedules
- Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve project issues while ensuring alignment with business goals and budgets
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing associates
- Must work at the Bentonville, Arkansas Home Office location
