Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple medium-scale projects aligned with organizational objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver effective solutions
Develop and communicate detailed project plans and schedules
Build relationships with project sponsors and teams
Assess costs, establish return on investment, and secure management approval for resource allocation
Create and execute communication plans for project status updates
Manage project budgets, identify risks and changes, and escalate issues
Ensure adherence to project management standards
Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities to associates
Promote continuous improvement and foster an accountable work environment
Support asset onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding initiatives for GM and HVAC/R equipment
Enable efficient repairs, operational activities, and data-driven decision-making through accurate asset records and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area, OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area
1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams
Proven experience managing multiple medium-scale projects or work streams using established project management methodologies
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to develop and maintain detailed project schedules
Ability to monitor budgets and ensure timely delivery of project objectives
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and standards
Preferred: Data analytics and project management systems
Preferred: Supervisory experience
Preferred: Master’s in Business
Preferred: Project Management Professional certification
