About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders
- Assess costs, establish return on investment, and secure management approval for resources
- Create and execute communication plans with status updates, frequency, and distribution
- Develop and communicate project plans and schedules while adhering to project management standards
- Manage multiple sales enablement projects and initiatives
- Monitor project budgets, milestones, and transitions, escalating changes as needed
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates to build a high-performing team
- Promote continuous improvement, accountability, and adaptability
- Support development and execution of sales enablement programs, training initiatives, curriculum, communications, documentation, and enablement resources
- Oversee program operations, learning systems, governance, and reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area
- 1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams
- Experience designing and delivering sales training, onboarding, or enablement programs for adult learners
- Ability to build curriculum, learning resources, and training programs from concept through execution
- Knowledge of modern sales methodologies, such as Challenger
- Strong program and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, including influencing without direct authority
- Data-driven approach to measuring program effectiveness and improving enablement initiatives
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
