Lead multiple projects by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive plans aligned with business objectives
Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to align on program requirements and resource allocations
Create and communicate detailed project plans and schedules
Monitor project budgets, costs, and performance metrics; identify risks and escalate issues
Manage multiple projects or work streams by coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering effective solutions
Implement communication plans and provide consistent status updates
Minimize the impact of changes
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and promote best practices within project teams
Foster accountability and support associate development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area
1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams
Proven experience managing multiple medium-scale projects or work streams using established project management methodologies
Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and project sponsors
Expertise in identifying risks, managing changes, and escalating issues
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing team members
Excellent communication skills
