About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration
- Align launch forecasts and manage inventory flows to meet modular timing and promotional demands
- Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock and inventory health issues
- Oversee inventory product flow, ensuring timely product movement and effective allocation decisions
- Partner cross-functionally to position inventory strategically at the right time and cost
- Set performance standards, mentor team members, and foster continuous improvement
- Monitor key metrics and respond proactively to supply disruptions and inventory imbalances
- Lead inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product availability and flow
- Manage purchase orders, address disruptions, improve inventory health metrics, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Collaborate on financial forecasting, merchandise planning, category management, and assortment decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, data analytics, business, or related area and 2 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area; or 5 years’ experience in those areas
- Proven expertise in inventory management, replenishment, and supply chain coordination
- Strong skills in inventory planning, forecasting, and data-driven root cause analysis
- Experience leading process improvements and utilizing inventory systems to optimize product flow
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business goals
- Demonstrated team leadership, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management
- Effective relationship management with suppliers and cross-functional partners
- Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and supporting company values
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities to address supply disruptions and inventory challenges
