About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product flow and availability
- Drive sales and inventory performance through supply planning and vendor collaboration
- Align forecasts and inventory flows for product launches, promotions, and seasonal builds
- Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans for out-of-stock and inventory health issues
- Manage inventory distribution, recalls, returns, and end-of-life transitions while ensuring system accuracy
- Partner cross-functionally to optimize network inventory positioning and reduce costs
- Supervise and develop team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
- Monitor On-Time-In-Full delivery, inventory turnover, and other key metrics
- Support financial forecasting, merchandise planning, category management, and assortment decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, data analytics, business, or related area and 2 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area; or 5 years’ experience in those areas
- Proven expertise in inventory management, replenishment, and supply chain coordination
- Strong skills in inventory planning, forecasting, and data analysis
- Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis and problem solving
- Experience leading teams, providing mentorship, and fostering a performance-driven work environment
- Strategic planning capabilities with cross-functional collaboration across merchandising, sourcing, and operations
- Proficiency in process improvement and system utilization
- Preferred: Experience in replenishment or inventory management
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
