About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product flow and availability
  • Drive sales and inventory performance through supply planning, vendor partnerships, and precise execution
  • Align launch forecasts and inventory flows with modular and promotional timing
  • Collaborate with suppliers to manage purchase orders and resolve disruptions
  • Execute allocation decisions and recovery plans
  • Lead root cause analysis for out-of-stock issues and improve inventory health
  • Monitor product flow and inventory positioning against business goals and KPIs
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimize network inventory planning and reduce costs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, data analytics, business, or related area and 2 years’ experience in a relevant area; OR 5 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area
  • Proven expertise in inventory management, replenishment, and supply chain coordination
  • Strong skills in inventory planning, forecasting, and data analysis
  • Experience collaborating with suppliers to manage purchase orders and resolve supply disruptions
  • Ability to lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and cross-functional alignment
  • Experience in team leadership, mentoring, training, and performance management
  • Commitment to operational excellence, process improvement, and system utilization
