About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product flow and availability
  • Drive sales and inventory performance through supply planning and vendor collaboration
  • Align forecasts for new product launches and manage inventory flows for modular and promotional timing
  • Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans for out-of-stock and inventory health issues
  • Manage inventory distribution, recalls, returns, and end-of-life transitions with supplier coordination
  • Monitor On-Time-In-Full delivery metrics and address supply disruptions with partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize network inventory positioning and reduce costs
  • Set standards, mentor team members, and develop team capabilities
  • Foster continuous process improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, data analytics, business, or related area and 2 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area; OR 5 years’ experience in these areas
  • Proven expertise in inventory management, replenishment, and supply chain planning
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving
  • Ability to collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated leadership in team development, mentoring, and driving accountability
  • Experience managing inventory health metrics, including understock, overstock, and aging inventory
  • Proficiency in process improvement and system utilization
  • Must work at the Bentonville, Arkansas home office location
