About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage technical support processes for advanced alarm programming and security system devices
- Resolve complex troubleshooting issues
- Develop and implement analytics to enhance operational efficiencies and evaluate project effectiveness
- Lead security technology projects from blueprint interpretation through resource coordination and regulatory compliance
- Communicate project plans and progress to stakeholders and team members
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates

- Drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Coordinate contractors and manage regulatory documentation
- Support design and implementation of electronic fire alarm, intrusion alarm, security camera, and paging systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in security systems, electronics, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in security systems, electronics, or related area
- Proven expertise in managing security technology projects, including fire alarm and intrusion detection systems
- Experience collaborating with, training, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to alarm programming and security systems
- Proficiency in workflow management, continuous improvement processes, and data analytics-based decision-making
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage resources, contractor relationships, and regulatory documentation
- Accountability while upholding integrity, ethics, and company values
