About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize cross-site campaigns and seasonal events for Marketplace teams
- Partner with Seller Growth, Central and Category Site Ops, Marketing, Site Merchandising, and Strategic Programs teams to maximize GMV opportunities
- Identify and establish guidelines for Marketplace assortment integration
- Align strategy, communication, and process between Marketplace and Central Site Ops teams
- Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials
- Define and communicate the annual campaign calendar, milestones, and deliverables
- Create and execute plans with Campaigns and Events teams
- Manage day-to-day campaign maintenance, optimization, and operations
- Lead strategic planning and execution with cross-functional stakeholders
- Oversee assortment and list management, campaign launches, and site performance
- Identify opportunities to increase traffic, customer engagement, and GMV
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in merchandising, visual design, business management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area; OR 5 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, business management, or related area
- Expertise in site merchandising, assortment optimization, digital tools, and AI-enabled capabilities
- Experience leveraging customer analytics, market research, and reporting tools
- Ability to develop and execute category strategies and business plans
- Experience managing product launches, campaigns, and site structure optimization with SEO best practices
- Leadership experience in coaching, mentoring, and team development
- Proficiency in digital merchandising, business planning, and process improvement
- Master's degree in Merchandising, Visual Design, Business Management, or related area (preferred)
