About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage supplier performance within transportation operations
  • Ensure accountability for On Time and In Full (OTIF) and Level of Service (LOS) delivery compliance
  • Monitor transportation trends and performance metrics to identify risks
  • Resolve long-term challenges and implement sustainable corrective actions
  • Develop, track, and maintain transportation KPIs and annual goals
  • Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional partners to address performance gaps
  • Strengthen reliability and optimize service outcomes
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce recurring issues
  • Enhance overall transportation efficiency
  • Partner with suppliers, merchants, replenishment, operations, and carriers to remove barriers and improve freight flow
  • Leverage data and analytics to support continuous improvement and supplier success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area
  • 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office
  • Proven expertise in supply chain and transportation management
  • Strong track record of driving operational excellence
  • Advanced analytical skills for complex data interpretation, root-cause analysis, and solution design
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Ability to develop and execute short- and long-term supply chain improvement strategies
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
  • Preferred: Fleet management, dispatch, or network analysis; Retail Logistics Operations
  • Preferred: Six Sigma certification
  • Preferred: Master’s in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
