About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end U.S. Export and cross-border execution from origin through market delivery
- Coordinate origin operations, consolidation, transportation, and export activities
- Proactively manage exceptions and operational risks, driving timely resolution
- Optimize cost, lead time, capacity, routing, and container utilization through data-driven decisions
- Partner with markets, suppliers, carriers, 3PLs, Sourcing, and Technology
- Standardize and automate processes to build a scalable cross-border operating model
- Support expansion of U.S. Export into a broader cross-border transportation model
- Improve service, cost, lead time, operational performance, and end-to-end visibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area
- 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office
- Proven experience managing supply chain processes and optimizing merchandise flow across distribution networks and fulfillment centers
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data from multiple stakeholders and identify root causes of supply chain exceptions
- Expertise in supplier relationship management and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing associates
- Ability to drive process improvements using lean concepts and end-to-end costing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and present recommendations effectively
