About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and execution of replenishment strategies
- Analyze merchandise sales data and supply chain metrics
- Develop and implement replenishment plans with Merchandising, Finance, and Operations
- Monitor inventory levels and identify root causes of supply issues
- Recommend corrective actions to address supply issues
- Use advanced data analysis tools to support strategic decision-making
- Communicate supply planning performance and issues to stakeholders
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal partners to improve supply reliability
- Resolve supplier and performance challenges
- Evaluate supply decisions’ impact on profit and loss statements

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven expertise in supply chain management and replenishment planning
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to use data analysis tools and digital tools
- Experience interpreting financial statements
- Experience managing budgets
- Ability to develop strategic insights from industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor data
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers
