Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; OR
  • 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
  • Proven expertise in program and project management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology initiatives
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost monitoring, and governance
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing abilities
  • Understanding of business operations, KPIs, and technology landscape
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, fostering accountability, and promoting continuous improvement and learning
  • Proficiency in data analysis and organizational strategy
  • Master's degree in a listed or related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices is preferred
