About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage technical programs and operational workstreams, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, testing, implementation, and post-launch activities
  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Merchandising, and Operations to deliver against business requirements and timelines
  • Translate business needs and operational insights into requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria, and testing scenarios
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, defects, and adoption, identifying gaps and coordinating corrective actions
  • Analyze data and system behavior to identify root causes, process gaps, and automation opportunities
  • Support release readiness through testing, documentation, training, and implementation planning
  • Build cross-functional relationships to maintain alignment, accountability, and execution momentum across business and technology teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; or 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
  • Experience managing technical projects or workstreams, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery
  • Working knowledge of merchandising processes, item and product data, and how technology supports business operations
  • Ability to translate business needs into requirements, use cases, testing scenarios, and actionable plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to identify issues and improvement opportunities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across business and technology teams
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities, manage dependencies, and follow through on commitments
  • Comfort working through ambiguity, learning complex systems, and adapting as business priorities evolve
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in a related area
  • Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
