About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Explore and apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve workflows, scale capabilities, and advance content quality

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; OR 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
- Strong project and program management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, create structure, and independently drive work forward
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong judgment, organization, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset
- Preferred: knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
