Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement payment monetization strategies, projects, and tools for seller services
Lead advancements in billing strategies and payment mechanisms, including solutions for international segments
Monitor project progress against milestones
Lead cross-functional meetings to address issues and maintain program health
Build stakeholder consensus through clear communication and data-driven recommendations
Align technology initiatives with organizational priorities and drive continuous improvement
Create and execute roadmaps for billing solutions
Optimize automated recovery with product, technology, and operations teams
Work with legal and compliance teams on agreements and regulatory compliance
Lead planning, execution, and oversight of complex technology projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; OR 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
Expertise in payments / fintech industry and product strategy
Proven expertise in program and financial management, including budgeting and risk mitigation for complex technology projects
Strong stakeholder communication, influencing, and consensus-building skills across cross-functional teams
Experience aligning technology operations with organizational strategy and business priorities
Ability to analyze data and present structured recommendations
Advanced SQL skills, including window functions and query optimization
Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and continuous improvement
Experience in Canada, Mexico, and Chile payments markets is a bonus
