Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

  • Support internal customers by reviewing project requests, analyzing data, solving business and store-process problems, and recommending system and process changes
  • Prioritize and execute business strategies and communication platforms
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives affecting store and corporate processes
  • Manage merchandising programs, customer and company communications, and associate training content
  • Recommend system support developments and merchandise priorities
  • Advise senior management and business partners on issues and opportunities
  • Translate merchandise strategies for assigned departments into executable programs
  • Build inclusive, high-performing teams and foster belonging
  • Maintain integrity, ethics, compliance, accountability, and Walmart values
  • Deliver business results with a customer/member-first and omni-merchant mindset

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have completed a summer 2026 Walmart or Sam’s Club internship
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and 2 years’ experience in business management, merchandising, or related area, OR 4 years’ experience in business management, merchandising, or related area
  • Project Management Certification, Six Sigma certification, and supervisory experience are preferred
