Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area
  • Proven experience managing multiple operational work streams and project plans
  • Strong project management skills, including timeline development, resource allocation, and meeting facilitation
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and clearly conveying project status and deliverables
  • Expertise collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Commitment to company policies, ethical standards, and a positive team environment
